BACKGRAOUND
· Gulistan City Central Urban Development
OBJECTIVES
· Redevelopment of the Gulistan area covering 56.4 hectares (approximately 170,610 pyeong)
· Construction of various facilities, including : Residential complexes, Villas, Hospitals, Schools, Shopping malls, Retail areas, Parks
COMMENT
· Currently at the stage just before the conclusion of the LLA (Land Lease Agreement) and the issuance of the enforcement decree.
BACKGRAOUND
· Introduction of Korea's Advanced Agricultural System: Aimed at increasing farmers' income and modernizing agriculture in Uzbekistan.
OBJECTIVES
· Acquisition and Establishment of Agricultural Bank: To provide financial services and support to farmers and agricultural enterprises.
· Creation of Online and Offline Wholesale Markets for Agricultural, Livestock, and Fishery Products: To enhance the distribution and accessibility of local products.
· Establishment of Local Agricultural Universities and R&D Campuses: To promote education, research, and innovation in agricultural practices.
COMMENT
· Completion of MOU between South Korea and Uzbekistan.
BACKGRAOUND
· Due to the inadequate automation of Uzbekistan's parking system, there is a need to gradually address the increasing number of vehicles and local road conditions. Therefore, automated parking facilities will be constructed and operated in conjunction with the residential and commercial facilities to be built as part of the Gulistan City development project.
OBJECTIVES
· Automatic vehicle number recognition
· Surveillance by security cameras
· Integrated management of the parking system center
· Fully unmanned operation
COMMENT
· Currently, the memorandum of cooperation with Amano Korea has been finalized.
